Interpolate Heights

This option uses the triangles to interpolate height values for points.
It can do the selected points, or,
The points on selected strings, or,
All Points

Click on Points, Strings
Click on one or more points, hold down the shift key to select multiple points.
Click on Strings to do the points on those strings.

All Points
Select this option to interpolate heights for ALL points without a height.
